About the Role
Moveret INC is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support our growing organization across multiple business lines, including staffing, logistics, and manufacturing. This role covers the full HR spectrum — from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
• Post job advertisements across relevant platforms and proactively source candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and define role requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Oversee offboarding procedures including exit interviews and record updates
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS/ATS)
• Track attendance, time-off balances, and employment status changes
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and HR inquiries
Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and applicable federal/state employment laws
• Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and employee files
• Support implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and legal documentation as needed
Benefits, Payroll & Performance
• Administer employee benefits including health insurance and retirement plans
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of compensation records
• Coordinate performance review cycles and assist with employee development plans
• Identify training needs and help organize learning and development programs
HR Administration & Reporting
• Prepare HR documents, internal communications, and policy updates
• Generate HR reports and analyze key metrics (turnover, headcount, attendance, etc.)
• Identify and implement process improvements across HR operations
• Support broader HR initiatives and contribute to a positive work environmentQualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of HR generalist or recruiting experience
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with ATS and/or HRIS platforms
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)Benefit
