This role covers the full HR spectrum — from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> Talent Acquisition & Recruiting • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management • Post job advertisements across relevant platforms and proactively source candidates • Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and define role requirements • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle • Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires • Oversee offboarding procedures including exit interviews and record updates • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS/ATS) • Track attendance, time-off balances, and employment status changes • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and HR inquiries Compliance & Documentation • Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and applicable federal/state employment laws • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and employee files • Support implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures • Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and legal documentation as needed Benefits, Payroll & Performance • Administer employee benefits including health insurance and retirement plans • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of compensation records • Coordinate performance review cycles and assist with employee development plans • Identify training needs and help organize learning and development programs HR Administration & Reporting • Prepare HR documents, internal communications, and policy updates • Generate HR reports and analyze key metrics (turnover, headcount, attendance, etc.) • Identify and implement process improvements across HR operations • Support broader HR initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment <strong>Qualifications</strong> • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 2–5 years of HR generalist or recruiting experience • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements • Hands-on experience with ATS and/or HRIS platforms • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred) <strong>Benefit</strong> • Health / Dental / Vision • PTO <strong>How to Apply</strong> Application Deadline Open until position is filled.
