    ROLE OVERVIEW
    EBIN NEW YORK is seeking a proactive and hands-on Human Resources & General Affairs Manager to lead and execute HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Korean and English and will possess a strong background in human resources management and general affairs. This role will work closely with leadership to support business objectives through effective HR practices and efficient office operations.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Lead and execute HR & GA functions including but not limited to:
    • Execute HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding (in both Korean and English)
    • Support employee retention and engagement initiatives
    • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
    • Administer performance management processes (reviews, feedback cycles, documentation)
    • Coordinate training and development programs (onboarding, leadership, and skill development)
    • Ensure compliance with federal and NJ/NY labor laws and company policies
    • Maintain HR documentation, records, and reporting
    • Oversee office administration and daily operations
    • Coordinate company events, employee programs, and internal communications
    • Manage vendor relationships, facilities, and office supplies
    • Support workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 ~ 8 years of experience of HR & General Affairs experience
    • Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal) is essential.
    • Solid knowledge of federal and NJ/NY labor laws and HR best practices
    • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
    • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
