    The CEO is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the company, with full accountability for revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operations.The CEO will lead the companyrsquo;s B2B ingredient business with a strong commercial focus, while overseeing U.S. and Mexico operations and building a high-performing organization with clear accountability across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

    * RESPONSIBILITIES *
    . Lead the commercial organization, including strategic accounts, customer relationships, new business development, and profitable sales growth, with direct involvement in major customer opportunities
    . Oversee U.S. and Mexico operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, agricultural sourcing, quality, and operational performance
    . Establish strong financial discipline across budgeting, forecasting, working capital, cost management, and capital allocation
    . Lead business improvement, turnaround, and restructuring initiatives as needed to strengthen profitability and operational effectiveness
    . Build and lead a strong management team with clear accountability across Sales, Operations, and Finance
    . Maintain a strong field presence through regular visits to manufacturing facilities, farms, industry trade shows, and other operating locations
    . Identify business risks early and maintain clear, timely communication with senior management and the Board
    . Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, regulatory, quality, labor, and safety requirements.

    * REQUIRED QUALIFICATION *
    . Bachelor’s degree
    . Leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in B2B manufacturing, ingredient, or related business.
    . Proven track record of profitable sales growth and winning or expanding strategic/key customer accounts.
    . Experience improving an underperforming business, including profitability, cash flow, cost structure, and organizational effectiveness
    . Experience overseeing manufacturing and supply-chain operations in a U.S.–Mexico or comparable cross-border operating environment
    . Leadership capability with the ability to lead commercial and operational organizations
    . Willingness to relocate to Texas in connection with the planned office relocation.

    * PREFERRED QUALIFICATION *
    . Experience in food, nutraceutical, botanical, specialty ingredient, agricultural, or similar B2B industries
    . Spanish language capability

    * TRAVEL *
    Frequent domestic and int’l travel required, particularly to the company’s manufacturing and agricultural operations in Mexico and to industry trade shows.

    * WORK ENVIRONMENT *
    This position operates across both office and field environments, including manufacturing facilities, farms, warehouses, and other operating sites.
