On the supply side, we secure exclusive or selective inventory representation rights with leading Asia-based digital publishers. On the demand side, we have been working closely with the largest multicultural ad agencies in New York and California. Headquartered in Fort Lee, New Jersey, we have team members in Seoul and Shanghai. We are looking for an energetic new team member to join us in our Fort Lee office.

    ■ Job Description

    1. Business development

    Generate media plan in response to agency RFP’s (request-for-proposal)
    Perform necessary analyses and build pitch presentations, and present findings and proposal to customers
    Spot opportunities for new business and share with your team
    Ensure that our customers are aware of all the services Admaru can offer and actively sell Admaru’s services to new and existing customers and project the Admaru brand

    2. Campaign management

    Manage challenging customer needs, wants and priorities, and balance against our own bottom line
    Plan, set up and manage display and video campaigns on major DSP’s (Google DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP)
    Optimize performance against campaign objectives

    3. Customer relations

    Meet regularly with customer’s team to plan and progress account activity
    Analyze customers’ short and multi-year marketing plans and advise accordingly
    Gather, share and act upon feedback from the customer on campaign work to build customer satisfaction and recognition of Admaru value

    Manage work under complex timeline of multiple tasks
    Evaluate new business opportunities and size the new opportunities
    Build business case and perform quantitative modeling for forecasting
    Become expert user of leading DSP’s

    ■ Qualifications

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Analytical aptitude
    Familiarity with Google Suite / MS Office
    Organizations skills, collaboration and teamwork
    Functional fluency in Korean and/or Mandarin Chinese
    Legally authorized to work in the United States
