WMS Project Manager (Korean Bilingual Required)
Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite)

Compensation: $130,000 / year

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced WMS Project Manager to join a specialized task force dedicated to migrating our client’s SAP WMS to our proprietary platform, Cello. In this senior role, you will lead a dedicated sub-unit within the task force, manage project scopes, and serve as the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, and headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP WMS subject matter expertise and strong bilingual communication skills to ensure a seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities
Project Governance: Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, and status reports.

Milestone & Cost Tracking: Develop project milestones, track project costs, and monitor development and testing progress.

Risk Management: Document, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively communicating updates to management and clients.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small WMS team/sub-unit within the larger project task force.

Solution Consulting: Perform “As-Is” operational assessments and provide strategic consultation for “To-Be” platform architecture.

Cross-Functional Liaison: Schedule and coordinate critical meetings between local clients and the HQ project teams, utilizing bilingual capabilities to bridge communication gaps.

Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of relevant project management experience.

Technical Expertise: Direct experience and deep functional knowledge of the SAP WM or LE module is strictly required.

Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English (for client facing) and Korean (for HQ/Cello team collaboration) is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven managerial experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A collaborative mindset with a high sense of personal accountability.

Travel: Ability to travel domestically as required by the project.
