I applied for LC on Jan. 2008 and got two audits and..
My Lawyer email me today as below.

“As of this morning, the USDOL’s PERM Web-site states that the application is “In Process”.”

Is this mean that I will get any result soon?
or just in waiting as normal?

“In Process” means that your case is pending. 노말peding tiem = 7 momths waiting time

Mine is 15 months now…

Lawyer can’t do any further action to DOL. I think your case is audited case. The audit case is also showed “in Process’ in DOL’s web. Mine is 11months old perm application and no responde from DOL until now. It is just “In Process”. Long Long waiting.

A, B, C. 라는 사람이 한 회사에서 동시에 LC 를 신청했는데 audit 에 걸리면 3사람이 똑같이 pending 상태로 되는것인지 아니면 A는 승인 받고 B,C만 audit에 걸릴 수 있는 것인지 혹시 아시는 분있으면 답글 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

저는 9개월 기다리고 있는데 변호사가 audit 안걸렸다고 했는데, 변호사가 거짓말을 하는 것인지…

Three people applied LC on Jan. 2008.
Two people got LC on early March but I got the first audit.
I got anothe audit on May and replied June.
and 10 months of no response…..hkhk

오딧 통보가 아직 않왔지만, 원래 DOL 하는 일이 10개월 지난 후에 오딧 줄수도 있어요. 그말은 10개월 동안 열어 보지도 않았다는 것입니다.
아무래도 시카고 접수 케이스 중 오딧 받은 것들이 아틀란타로 이관 되면서 생기는 문제 인 것 같습니다.
시카고 케이스 중 6월 1일 전 접수된 케이스의 이관은 시카고 케이스 중 오딧 걸린 것들만 애틀란타로 옮긴다고 했는데, 이관 과정에서 생기는 미국 행정상 당연히 발생할수 있는 문제라고 봅니다. 파일 정리상 저 뒤에 박혀 있을 확율 100% 니다
