Job Description of Front End Developer

Front End Developer role is to develop high converting websites utilizing Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3. In addition, this role is critical in building infrastructure that will make business decisions data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of all the web properties.
• Conduct exploratory projects ranging from AB tests to prototyping new user-interface ideas.
• Ensure the user experience is intuitive and the design is consistent

Requirements
• Expert level knowledge of Javascript, CSS3, and HTML5
• Expert level knowledge of usability and user (and program) interfaces
• Professional experience with increasing web engagement and conversion
• Professional experience with metric based systems: Segment.io, KISS, Keen.io, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Marketo, Intercom.io

Preferred
• Track record of increasing engagement and conversion rates.
