Responsibility.
Manage and support daily shipping and receiving and inventory count
Data entry and system updates
Prepares and mails invoice to customers, monitors payment status and follows up
Accurate quantity management through periodic inventory checks
Analyzes, monitors and improves warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
Overseeing physical and digital inventory management
Providing customers with quotations and responding
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer service issues for quality control and customer satisfaction
Identification and operation of the overall warehouse situation
Document recording and organizing
Monitor and control container schedules for warehouse
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Communicate with customer issues via face to face, email, and telephone
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Create and monitor OTTR and DM reports for KPI management
Maintain and support warehouse operation associate and jobs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:Must have strong analytical skills and must have a working knowledge of Excel
Good team player and can follow orders precisely
Reliable and Strong work ethic, with ability to work independently
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse
preferred Korean Bilingual
