We are currently hiring for an experienced Accounting Manager in Fort Lee, NJ.

Accounting Manager

[Responsibilities]     

• Monitor and follow-up on receivables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods of time.

• Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Regular reporting and analysis designed to identify revenue/expense trends

• Oversee, in conjunction with independent auditor and internal auditor, preparation of annual audit.

• Manage critical elements of the company’s tax position for future and prior years.

• Manage and document federal, state, and local agency notices regarding wage and tax issues.

• Validate tax filing and amendments to previous tax returns.

• Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.

• Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other Authority personnel in resolving financial issues.

• Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.

[Requirements]

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with overseas subsidiary operation.

• Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting required

• Strong analytical reasoning skills and advanced MS Excel skills

• SAP experience plus

• Excellent written/oral communication skills
