경력이 정말 화려하신데.. 그럼 연세가 궁금해지네요.
한국 석사(24세) 4년을 R&D (28세) 미국에서 박사하시고 (33세) 포닥 3년하시고 (35-36세) 미국 연구소 포닥 8년 하시고 (43-44세) 미국 R&D에서 2년 (45-46세)으로 NIW를 받으신게 맞나요?? ㅜㅜ

저는 이 정도로 해서 NIW받으려면 아직도 15년이나 더 기다려야 하는건가요?

저는 원글님의 현재 연봉이 궁금합니다.
이런 경력이면 연봉 15만불은 되어야할텐데…
현재 이 정도 연봉을 받으시는지 실례가 안된다면 여쭤봐도 될런지요?
이유는 생화학 전공으로 연봉이 한국이 나은지 미국이 나은지 궁금해서요.

컷&페이스트를 하면 가끔 글자가 중간에 없어지는 경우를 보았는데 여기서 “월”이 빠졌습니다. 그리고 아직 I485가 남아있으니 NIW가 끝난것은 아닙니다.

생화학으로 한국에서 그정도 연봉을 받으시면 알려주세요. 혹시 화학도 받으면 따라가게요. 한국에서 연봉이 많다는 연구소에 한번 갈 기회가 있었는데 화학은 윗금액의 반쯤 준다고 해서…… 아이들도 있고……

저도 L*화학 다녔는데 15만불 … 허걱 입니다.
윗글님이 간과하신 것이 있는데… 남자분이시라면 한국에서 석사하신 분들은 거의 병역을 마치신 분들입니다. 길게는 36개월에서 짧게는 18개월 더 짧게는 6개월까지 있습니다. 그러니 1년에서 3년정도는 앞뒤를 보셔야하겠구요. 여자분이시라면 죄송합니다. 근데.. 어투가 남자분같아요. 하여간 그럼 병역마치시고 석사를 받으신것이라면 거의 25는 넘기셔야할 것이구요. 그리고 석사후 한국에서 R&D에 계셨으니 미국에는 거의 20대 후반에 들어오신것이고 미국 박사학위는 4-5년 포닥과 R&D기간이 6년이시니.. 거의 10년동안 미국 생활을 하신 것이 되네요. 그럼 현재 40대 초반이신 것 같습니다.

그럼 화학전공이 연봉이 쎄다고 들었습니다. 보통 7만불부터 시작하지요..
