현재 H1B COS Approval 받은후, 이번주 졸업 기다리고 있습니다.

7월1일부터 OPT 시작되구요. H1B는 10월 1일부터 시작이네요.

H1B가 10월1일에 시작되기전에 OPT사용해서 F1 으로의 가는 해외여행에 대해, 제 employer가 안가는게 좋다 면서, 밑의 email로 답변이 왔는데,

We do NOT recommend international travel in F1 status with the H-1B approved for October 1.  There is a high probability that you will be denied entry if you attempt to enter in F1 status as the inspecting officer may determine that you are entering to work pursuant to the F1 EAD and this is not the purpose of the F1. 

여기서  inspecting officer may determine that you are entering to work pursuant to the F1 EAD  이 to work pursuant to the F1 EAD 라는게 도대체 무슨말인가요?
