정말로 법적으로 흰개미 검사는 Seller 가 하는 건가요?
저도 곧 집 클로징인데.. 제가 돈 들여서 터마이트검사 했거든요..
이게 사실이면 Seller 에게 청구를 해야겠네요..

저도 얼마전에 집을 사고,홈 인스펙션은 제가 하고,터마이트 인스펙션은 셀러가 했습니다.터마이트 repairing cost가 4000불이 나와 셀러 측에서 하고,에스크로 회사에 report하고 file을 했습니다.그리고 홈 인스펙션에 의거 repairing cost 7000불중 4000불은 크레딧으로 받았습니다.contract paper를 읽어 보시면..셀러는 터마이트,water heater double strap,smoke detector는 의무로 해야 하고,retrofit item (plumbing/electrical etc),roofing등을 흥정을 해보세요.
