As a Telecom Engineer, you’ll be responsible for performing installation, modification, testing, and servicing on all internal/in-house data communications network equipment. You’ll also assist in recommending improvements and developing technical standards.
Some essential functions of this role include project management for new system installs and upgrades, serving as a voice technical resource and subject matter expert for the resolution of voice, voicemail, call center system servers, and leading the installation and maintenance of voice network systems and equipment.
We require candidates to have a high school diploma, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and at least 5 years of related experience in Telecom Engineering. You should also have experience with Nortel Products and Cisco Voice Products, as well as experience with Cisco Call center products such as IPCC Express and ICM. Technical certifications (e.g. Cisco, etc.) are required.
