포지션 개요:
Windows 서버 환경의 운영, 유지보수 및 기술 지원을 담당하며, 신규 시스템 기술 도입 및 업그레이드 프로젝트를 수행합니다. 또한 재해 복구(Disaster Recovery) 환경을 준비하고, 시스템의 안정성과 가용성을 지속적으로 향상시키는 역할을 담당합니다. 필요에 따라 시스템 관리자 또는 사용자 지원 담당자를 지도 및 지원할 수 있습니다.

주요 업무:
• 다양한 플랫폼 환경(On-Premise, 물리 서버, 가상 서버, VMware, Citrix, Horizon)에서 Windows 서버 시스템 운영 및 기술 지원
• 시스템 아키텍처 내 Windows 운영체제(OS) 활용에 대한 기술 가이드 제공
• 현재 운영 중인 Windows 서버 환경에 대한 기술 지원, 시스템 분석 및 구성 관리
• 애플리케이션 개발 및 시스템 인터페이스 구축과 관련된 기술 자문 및 문제 해결 지원
• 시스템 구성 변경, 프로그램 수정 및 기술 변경 사항을 문서화하고 팀원들과 공유
• 긴급 장애 대응 지원 (야간, 주말 및 비업무 시간 포함)

자격 요건:
• Windows System Engineer 경력 2년 이상
• PowerShell Script 고급 활용 능력 필수
• Windows Clustering, Active Directory(AD), Windows Server Update Services(WSUS) 운영 및 지원 경험
• 우수한 기술적 문제 해결 능력과 복잡한 이슈를 스스로 분석하고 해결할 수 있는 역량
• 자기주도적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있으며, 다양한 부서 및 팀과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력

우대 사항:

• 스토리지 솔루션 운영 경험

Position Summary:
Provide upgrades and implement new System technology as necessary. Implement, maintain, support, develop and design servers within the organization. Prepare for disaster recovery. Ensure high availability and continually improve operational processes. May supervise computer administrators and/or user support specialists.

Responsibilities:
• Provide system administration technical support for the Windows server systems in a multi-platform environment (On Premise, Physical and Virtual, VMware, Citrix, Horizon)
• Provide guidance with the utilization of the Windows Operating System (OS) in the architecture.
• Provide technical support on current Supporting versions of Windows servers, system analyst support and configuration.
• Provide consulting and technical advice and problem resolution for development of application programs and system interfaces.
• Continuously document and share system information with fellow associates as configuration, program or technical changes are made or occur.
• Support urgent cases (including non-office hours and weekend)

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Engineer
• Advanced skills in PowerShell Script is a must
• Strong experience Windows clustering, AD and Windows Server Update Services and support
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to research and solve complex issues independently
• Ability to work well without supervision and collaborate with a team on various projects

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Backup solutions (NetBackup, Legato and Avamar)
• Experience with Storage solutions (PowerPlex, PowerVault, islion, NetApp, Pure Storage)
• Experiences on iDRAC, iLO, BMC (Baseboard Management Controllers)
