Job Title: Jr. Infra (Hardware) Technician
Contract: 1 year + extension or direct hire opportunity
Location: Taylor, TX
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12시간 교대 근무): 일주일에 3-4일 근무
• Schedule (A): Sunday–Tuesday and every other Wednesday
• Schedule (C): Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday

Position Summary:
A Datacenter Semiconductor Infrastructure Technician (often referred to as a Data Center Technician or IT Infrastructure Technician) is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the physical hardware, power, and cooling systems support 24/7 Production Data Center environments.

• SOP(표준 운영 절차)에 따라 데이터센터 및 IDF/통신실(Telecommunication Room)의 인프라 및 장비를 24시간 모니터링 및 운영
• 운영체제(OS) 레벨의 Tier 1 기술 지원 수행
• 서버 및 스토리지 장비 설치, 구성, 교체 및 폐기 작업 수행
• 하드웨어 진단 및 부품 단위 교체 (하드디스크, 메모리, 전원공급장치, NIC 등)
• DCIM(Data Center Infrastructure Management) 시스템을 활용하여 장비 입고, 보관, 설치, 자산 추적, 폐기 절차 관리
• 하드웨어, 운영체제, 애플리케이션 및 네트워크 연결 문제 진단 및 해결
• 데이터센터 장비의 전체 라이프사이클에 대한 자산 및 시스템 문서 관리
• 엔지니어링 팀과 협업하여 데이터센터 인프라 및 DCIM 시스템 통합 지원
• SOP에 따라 데이터센터 환경, 전력 설비 및 장비 상태를 정기적으로 점검
• 직무 관련 SOP 작성 및 업데이트
• 회사의 Semiconductor의 보안 정책 및 절차 준수
• 데이터센터, 통신실 및 장비 보관 공간의 안전, 청결 및 정리 상태 유지
• 전력(Power), 케이블링(Cabling), 저전압(Low Voltage), 발전기(Generator), 냉각(Cooling) 설비 관련 업무 지원
• 데이터센터 시설 및 인프라 장비(랙, PDU, 센서 등)에 대한 서비스 요청(Service Request) 생성 및 진행 상황 관리
• 승인된 방문객 및 외부 벤더의 유지보수 작업 시 출입 지원(Escort) 및 현장 대응

자격 요건:
• 24시간 운영되는 생산시설 또는 미션 크리티컬(Mission-Critical) 데이터센터 근무 경험
• Jira 등 Atlassian 티켓 관리 시스템 또는 유사 솔루션 사용 경험
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 (Bilingual)
• 서버, 스토리지, 네트워크, 하드웨어에 대한 이해
• 우대 장비 경험 – Dell, HP, Oracle 서버, Dell EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, Pure Storage, Brocade SAN, Cisco SAN Storage, Oracle Exadata Appliance, Smart PDU (Legrand 경험 우대) 에 대한 이해
• 운영체제(OS) 설치 및 기본 구성 경험
• 데이터센터 또는 중요 인프라 환경 근무 경험 우대
• 환경, 전력 및 장비 장애 발생 시 적절한 에스컬레이션 절차 수행 경험
• Linux, Windows, Storage, Network 관련 자격증 보유자 우대
• 최대 50lbs(약 23kg) 장비 운반 가능자
• iDRAC, iLO, BMC(Baseboard Management Controller) 사용 경험
• 작업 공간을 체계적이고 청결하게 유지할 수 있는 능력
• 필요 시 승인 절차에 따라 다른 근무조로 변경 가능한 유연성

Responsibilities:
• 24 hours/7 days Infrastructure and Equipment health monitoring and operation in Data Centers and site IDF/Telecommunication Rooms based on given SOP (standard Operation Procedures)
• Support Tier 1 asks from OS Level
• Rack, stack, install, configure, decommission, and replace servers and storage systems
• Perform hardware diagnostics and component-level replacements (drives, memory, power supplies, NICs)
• Ensure equipment is received, stored, documented, tracked, installed, readied for use, properly offboarded at the time of being decommissioned according to data center standards and best practices utilizing provided DCIM tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and network connectivity issues
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records and system documentation supporting the full life cycle of hardware within the provided DCIM
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure integration of infrastructure in Datacenter and DCIM
• Perform periodic Datacenter facility monitoring and visual checkups for environment, power and devices maintained in supported spaces as defined by SOP
• Create, maintain and update SOPs related to your role.
• Perform all tasks following all security protocols in place for the company.
• Maintain all supported Data Centers, site IDF/Telecommunication Rooms and Storage spaces in terms of safety, cleanliness and organization
• Knowledge of power, cabling, low voltage, generator, cooling related facility
• Experience with creation and tracking to completion for Service Requests related to the maintained Data Center/Rooms internally and maintained infrastructure equipment (Cabinets/PDUs/Sensors) with external vendors.
• Ability to schedule and provide escort of approved visitors to above-mentioned areas for maintenance and vendor troubleshooting and maintenance where needed

Requirements:
• Experience working in 24/7 Production or mission-critical data centers
• Experience with Atlassian ticketing system (Jira) or similar
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking hardware
• Preferred experience: Dell/HP/Oracle servers, DellEMC/NetApp/Hitachi/Pure/Brocade SAN/Cisco SAN Storage devices, Oracle Exadata Appliances, and Smart PDUs (Legrand is a plus)
• Familiarity with basic operating system installation practice
• Experience working in data center or mission-critical environments preferred
• Demonstrates experience with proper escalation procedures for environmental, power and equipment issues
• Linux, Windows, Storage, Network certification preferred
• Capability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and move between different onsite locations at reasonable pace
• Experiences on iDRAC, iLO, BMC (Baseboard Management Controllers)
• Ability to maintain clean work areas and provide methods of improvement to areas.
• Flexibility to work different shifts with prior authorization
