Main roles
. Determine the optimal inventory split between the US and Canada and conduct cost-benefit analyses for warehouse locations.
. Oversee the logistics of moving stock from the US to Canada, including trucking coordination and Canadian customs clearance.
. Manage relationships with 3PL partners; negotiate storage, fulfillment, and carrier rates; and audit all logistics invoices.
. Reduce Dimensional Weight charges through packaging optimization and manage KPIs, such as misdelivery rates and shipping lead times.

Qualification
. Proficiency in Excel; simulate Cost Per Order (CPO) and Landed Cost scenarios for financial decision-making
. Ability to manage data integration and troubleshoot errors between e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and WMS
. Logical thinking to simplify complex logistics flows and establish efficient standard operating procedures for picking and packing.
