“Streets Market” in District of Columbia is seeking an IT Administrator
Streets Market is a grocery retail store located in the District of Columbia. We are devoted to offer a wide variety of organic, conventional, local, international, and everyday practical goods all under one roof. Currently we operate about 12 branches.
[ IT Administrator ]
Qualifications:
· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
· 1-2 years of network administration, or system administration experience
· Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
· Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments.
· Ability to work remotely
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Proactive and self-starter
· Language: English & Korean (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and POS systems
· Install and upgrade computer components, software, POS system, network and servers
· Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
· Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
· Helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptionsWork Location:
