안녕하세요. 제 와이프의 pd date이 2005년 3월 22일이라 올 2월중에 green card가 나와야 함에도 불구하고 소식이 없어서 매일매일 status를 체크하던 중, 새로운 업데이트가 올라온것을 보고, 대체 좋은건지 나쁜건지 알 길이 없어서 궁금해서 질문 올립니다.저는 2년전에 먼저 나왔고, wife꺼가 인터뷰가 걸려서 2년전쯤 한번 인터뷰 하고 pd날짜 열리기만을 줄창 기다려 왔습니다.인터뷰를 이미 2년전에 하고 모든게 문제없이 통과가 됐는데, 또 인터뷰 요청이 날아 올까 하는것도 궁금하고.. 그냥 핑거를 하려는건지.. 사실 핑거도 이미 일년반쯤전에 했습니다..아래 status update 내용 올립니다. 고수님들중 아래 메시지가 낮익으신 분들 답변 좀 꼭 부탁드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
On February 28, 2011, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants ahead of you that also need a biometric appointment. We try to schedule biometric appointments as quickly as possible and in most cases you will receive your appointment notice within 30 days of submitting your application. We will send your appointment notice approximately 14 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. It is important that you keep this appointment. If absolutely necessary, you can request that your appointment be rescheduled however, please be aware that rescheduling may delay the processing of your application. Please follow the instructions on your appointment notice if you need to reschedule. Occasionally, you may receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints taken when you have filed a form other than those listed above. In these situations, you may receive your appointment notice more than 30 days after submitting your application or petition.
