Systems Engineer – Yield Management Systems (213249)

Job Description

The Systems Engineer supports fully-automated semiconductor manufacturing facility.

– Work on highly visible Enterprise-class software project in a dynamic agile-driven team environment

– Manage source code and perform software localization to standardize with HQ source code repository

– Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

– Initiate new development from customer VOC request

– Manage/Develop database applications and ETL systems

– Software testing with customers

– Troubleshoot escalations and response urgent inquiries from customer

– Preparation of training manuals for users

– 24 x 7 on-call support for troubleshoot occasional escalations and inquiries

Necessary Skills / Attributes

– 6-8 years of object-oriented design and complex analysis

– 6-8 years of programming language such as Java or C#/.NET

– 2-4 years of experience with relational database (Oracle or IBM DB2) and stored procedure programming

– 2-4 years of experience with jQuery, JSP, HTML, and XML

– Experience of UNIX (AIX, SunOS, Linux) and Windows environment.

– Knowledge of Shell scripting, and ETL

– Knowledge of full software development life cycle

– BS Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Willingness to travel up to 10%
