I don’t know what to do….

Reasons (I have many document to prove):
– Overtime (Unpaid), Not giving break or lunch time.
– Underpaid (Cheating pay check)
– Work at home extra (Unpaid)
– Personal Abuse
– Sexual Harassment
– Discrimination (Gender, Religion)

Additional Questions :
1. Do I have to pay Attorney Fee anyway?  I have no money…
3. Better to work with Lawyer or just report to Department or Labor?
3. How long does it take?
