Senior Business Strategy Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $36–40/hr (DOE) + Annual Bonus

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Business Strategy Analyst to drive business planning, market intelligence, and strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with executive leadership and our headquarters in Korea to analyze market trends, develop business strategies, and deliver actionable insights that support company growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong analytical skills, business planning experience, and an interest in manufacturing, product strategy, and global business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales, market, competitor, and financial data to support strategic business decisions.
Develop business reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-level recommendations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities.
Support annual business planning, sales forecasting, and product strategy initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Korea headquarters on strategic projects.
Prepare executive presentations for management and shareholder meetings.
Support CEO and executive-level special projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Business Strategy, Business Planning, FP&A, Market Research, or Business Analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Experience with ERP/SAP and CRM systems preferred.
Manufacturing or engineering industry experience is a plus.
Native or fluent Korean language skills strongly preferred.
