Job Title: SAP SD Consultant / PM
Location: Plano, TX
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (subject to change)

주요 업무:
• PI팀과 협력하여 프로젝트 업무 및 수시로 발생하는 특별 프로젝트 관리 (업무 조율, 진행 상황 추적 및 일정 관리)
• 본사 및 북미 PI팀과 협업하여 고객 요구사항에 맞춰 SAP Logistics 모듈의 신규 및 기존 업무 프로세스 구축, 운영 및 최적화 지원
• 고객 요구사항에 부합하는 업무 프로세스 정의 및 설계에 대한 방향 제시
• 기존 고객 업무 프로세스 분석 및 문서화, 비효율적인 업무 절차 파악 및 시스템 개선 방안 제안
• 필요 시 SAP 컨설턴트의 업무 지원 및 백업 역할 수행
• 프로젝트 및 시스템 관련 이슈의 진행 상황을 모니터링하고 보고하며, 운영 기준 대비 성과를 분석하여 개선 사항 및 관련 보고서 작성
• 최종 사용자(End User)의 SAP SD 및 Sales Portal 관련 기술적 요구사항을 파악하고, 필요한 교육 및 사용자 매뉴얼 제공
• 최종 사용자와 원활한 업무 관계를 유지하고 지속적인 시스템 운영 및 기술 지원 제공

자격 요건:
• SAP 애플리케이션 관련 Functional Consultant 또는 Business Consultant 경력 5년 이상
• SAP 환경에서의 실무 중심 시스템 설정(Configuration) 및 설계 경험
• 시스템 개발 수명 주기(SDLC), 애플리케이션 개발 프로세스 및 IT 운영 방식에 대한 이해와 실무 경험
• 뛰어난 분석력, 비판적 사고력, 문제 해결 능력 및 업무 우선순위·시간 관리 능력
• 한국어 및 영어 이중언어 능력 필수 (두 언어 모두 읽기, 쓰기 및 회화 가능자)

우대 사항:
• 컴퓨터공학, 정보기술(IT) 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자
• 다양한 유형의 EDI 문서 처리 경험 및 관련 시스템에 대한 이해 보유자
• 팀워크를 기반으로 한 원활한 대인관계 능력 및 리더십 보유자
• 기존 업무 방식에 대해 개선점을 제시하고 합리적인 결론을 도출할 수 있는 능력
• 고객의 우선순위와 요구사항을 정확히 파악하고 이를 달성하기 위한 업무 추진 능력
• 담당 업무 및 목표에 따라 시간과 업무 집중도를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 능력
• ABAP 디버깅(Debugging) 경험자 우대

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects with the PI team: Coordination, tracking, and scheduling
• Communicate with HQ and North America PI team for the implementation management and optimization of new and existing processes within SAP Logistics module as needed to support customer requirements
• Provide strategic guidance to users in defining or designing processes to meet customer requirements; document existing customer business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend system improvements and provide backup for SAP consultants as needed
• Monitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and reports results.
• Identify and understand end users technical SAP SD and Sales Portal requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide on-going support

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience in SAP environment
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamics of application development and information technology practices and methods
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
• Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both

Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) of computer science or related discipline with an information technology
• Experience in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity is plus
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in teamwork
• Willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions
• Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities.
• Manage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives
• Have an ABAP debugging skills preferred
