주요 업무 (Core Responsibilities)
SAP FICO 시스템 운영 및 장애 대응:
SAP Finance(G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury) 및 Controlling (CO: Cost Center Accounting, Investment, Project Systems, Profitability Analysis) 모듈 관련 이슈 분석 및 해결.
비즈니스 운영에 직결된 우선순위가 높은 시스템 문제에 대한 신속한 대응.

월말 및 연말 결산 지원:
결산 기간 동안의 시스템 안정성 확보 및 운영 지원.
월별/연간 재무 계획 및 결산 프로세스 지원.

사용자 지원 및 교육:
재무 부서 사용자 대상 시스템 활용 교육 진행.
반복 문의 감소를 위한 단계별 사용자 매뉴얼 및 업무 문서 작성.
신규/변경 프로세스 안내 및 본사 글로벌 지원팀과 협업.

프로젝트 지원:
신규 기능 개발 및 시스템 변경 사항에 대한 테스트와 적용 업무 지원.
자격 요건 및 기술 역량 (Key Requirements & Skills)
경력: SAP FI/CO 컨설팅 및 시스템 분석 분야 10년 이상의 실무 경험.
산업 경험: 하이테크 또는 반도체 산업 환경에서의 운영 및 구축 경험 필수.
직무 지식: R2R, P2P, O2C 업무 프로세스에 대한 깊은 이해 및 FI 모듈과 타 모듈(MM, SD) 간 연계 구조 이해.
기술 역량: SQL, ABAP 디버깅, 리포팅 도구 활용 능력. (SAP S/4HANA 경험자 우대)
학력/자격: 회계, 재무, IT 관련 학사 학위. SAP 관련 자격증(S/4HANA Finance 등) 소지자 우대.
필수 역량: 영어/한국어 이중언어(Bilingual) 필수, 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 문서 작성 능력.

Job Summary
The Senior SAP FICO Production Support Analyst ensures the daily stability, compliance, and optimization of financial accounting and controlling systems. This role focuses heavily on resolving high-priority user issues, guiding month-end and year-end closing cycles, and delivering immediate system fixes for finance users.

Core Responsibilities
Daily Ticket Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP Finance (G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury) and Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Investment, Project Systems, and Profitability Analysis) modules.

Period-End Operations: Drive financial system readiness during critical month-end and year-end closing processes. Support monthly and yearly financial planning and actual closing processes.

User Empowerment: Conduct hands-on training sessions for finance users. Write clear, step-by-step user documentation to reduce repetitive support tickets. Update users on new or changed programs/processes and collaborate with the HQ global SAP support team for system enhancements.

Project Support: Provide testing and implementation support for new features or changes in coordination with the HQ global SAP support team.

Key Requirements & Skills
Experience & Functional Expertise

Industry Experience: Over 10 years of hands-on SAP FI/CO consulting and system analysis experience. Must have a proven track record in high-tech or semiconductor industries.

Lifecycle Knowledge: Deep knowledge of R2R (Record-to-Report), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), and O2C (Order-to-Cash) lifecycles. Strong understanding of how FI integrates with upstream modules (MM, SD).

Technical Proficiencies
Core Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, ABAP debugging, and reporting tools.
ERP Systems: Experience migrating to or working within SAP S/4HANA is the industry standard.

Education & Certifications
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology.
Certifications: Relevant SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance) are highly preferred.

Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to technical teams.
Excellent documentation skills
