Position Summary
The Inside Sales & Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for semiconductor and construction-related materials, from customer RFQs to vendor purchase orders and order fulfillment. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, accurate order management, and smooth supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, inside sales, or supply chain management, along with strong vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process for semiconductor piping components, from receiving customer RFQs to finalizing vendor Purchase Orders and confirming customer orders.
Monitor and control supply chain lead times, ensuring timely receipt of vendor quotations and proactively managing Estimated Time of Arrival to prevent delivery delays.
Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain timeline interventions, coordinating with vendors, corporate management, and internal sales teams to resolve ETA delays smoothly.
Analyze procurement data and lead-time trends to identify process improvements in the early stages of the supply chain.Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, inside sales, or supply chain management (SCM), specifically handling semiconductor Fab or construction piping materials (a wide variety of items).
Proficiency in standard ERP systems (SAP) and master data management is highly preferred.
Strong vendor and schedule management skills with the proven ability to lead and coordinate with global suppliers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to smoothly coordinate operations across diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English is required; Korean proficiency is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication with the corporate headquarters and key vendors.
