Position Summary:
The SCM Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring the timely movement of materials from warehouse receiving through final site delivery. This role serves as the primary liaison among clients, contractors, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain uninterrupted project execution. The ideal candidate will have logistics or supply chain management experience in construction, semiconductor, or industrial materials environments, along with strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Logistics Process Management
– Closely monitor and manage the entire logistics lifecycle from inbound receiving to final outbound dispatch.
– Identify top-priority items in a high-intensity environment where inbound and outbound operations occur concurrently, and immediately allocate on-site resources.
• Client & Contractor Alignment
– Lead alignment meetings with the client to finalize daily equipment-specific supply priorities and dynamically coordinate order modifications in real time.
– Oversee and direct just-in-time material supply through daily consultations with on-site contractor representatives to ensure seamless project progression.
• Emergency Response & Crisis Management (End-to-End Ownership)
– Take full, independent ownership of unexpected issues or urgent requests, managing the entire resolution process (A to Z) from initial problem identification to final delivery.
– Rigorously manage Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to preemptively prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
• Operations Stabilization & Standardization
– Transition the warehouse from initial, emergency-response-driven operations to a stabilized, long-term SCM framework by continuously improving systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or logistics, with hands-on experience handling piping/hook-up materials (Manager or Supervisor level experience is highly preferred).
System & Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP, with a proven ability to manage inventory through data analysis.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for logistics data management and reporting.
Dynamic Resource Allocation: Demonstrated ability to effectively adjust priorities and immediately allocate resources in a highly fluid, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required for daily operational communication; proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate seamless business reporting and communication with HQ.Benefits:
