    Sales assistant

    We are a successful women’s handbag company located in Los Angeles that is growing.

    We are looking for a full-time sales associate to help develop new business and support our existing account base.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    – Handle customer inquiries made through HEAVY incoming telephone calls and electronic mail.
    – Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports.
    – Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
    – Using sales leads to secure new accounts.
    – Possible travel to trade shows.

    Required Skills:
    – Bilingual English and Korean
    – Self-motivated
    – Excellent people skills often enjoy the constant interaction with clients.
    – Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow up with minimal supervision.
    – High attention to detail and superior follow up skills.
    – Ability to work under pressure and handle numerous deadlines.
    – Excellent with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook.
    – Computer and internet savvy.
    – Positive attitude and willing to put in extra hours to get the job done!
    – Strong work ethic.
    – Ability to contribute new ideas and perspective to enhance our growth progress.

    Book keeper

    Job Duties-

    Answer and Transfer Phone Calls / Order process / Billing / Filing

    Special projects & Tasks as Needed / Light Accounting (AR/AP)

    Requirements-

    Multitasking / Written and Verbal Communication Skills

    Should have speed and accuracy in all areas of job responsibilities
