Job Summary:

Repair Quality Assurance (QA) Technician will be responsible for inspection and repair for all pending units for needed repairing. Efforts should be made for prompt and accurate processing. Repair QA Technician must make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid re-repairs. Maintaining an organized inventory repair parts and orderly repair parts at all times. By maintaining the right mix and level of repair parts stock, technician helps to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the repair center’s operations. Repair QA Technician may have responsibility for team members, other teams’ requests.

Key Responsibilities:

– Inspection and repair for security camera system
– Report for repairs
– Final quality inspection for all repaired shipments
– Refurbish for C grade products
– Recording for repair process
– ERP System process for repair units
– Management for Pending repair units
– Order for repair parts
– Responsible for making sure that repair units meet a set of standards
– Ensure repair units are processed at the correct quality
– Do re-repair and re-inspection the units as require
– Complete non-conformance reports as require

Requirements:

– Associates degree in electronics preferred.
– English Level (basic level write, read and speak)
– Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
– Must be able to handle 30 pounds
– Hand use: Packing, Bring, Loading, Basic Hand Tools
– Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
– Basic disassembly and assembly of electronic devices
