    1. Purpose; Scope of Responsibility
    a. Establish and operate a recruitment plan for talents in various fields such as business development and R&D for business expansion in the United States through online/offline professional experience and networks related to recruitment
    b. Recruitment of excellent talents for R&D Ms./Ph.D. degrees candidates working in major target labs in the US through campus recruiting, etc.
    c. Recruitment support for major managers and above level of the current 4 subsidiaries (US 3, Mexico 1) and more for the future in the US.

    2. Role and Responsibilities
    a. Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms, campus recruiting and other sourcing methods
    b. Identify recruiting sources and develop new methods to attract talent
    c. Work with hiring manager to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
    d. Build relationship with targeted University labs and their career services office by developing partnership programs
    e. Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications
    f. Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews
    g. Extends offers and negotiates compensation
    h. Initiates onboarding plan for new hires
    i. Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively.
    j. Facilitate orientation for new employees
    k. Recruitment Support for major managers and above level of subsidiaries in the US and Mexico
    l. Analyze current recruitment process to identify issues and share finding with HR leaders in the Americas.
    m. Quarterly regular meetings with HR leaders of each subsidiary (On/Off-line)
    n. Analysis/review of US labor laws and major HR trends for the recruitment
    o. Other duties and projects as assigned

    3. Qualifications and Education Requirements
    a. Bachelor’s degree or higher, related majors,
    b. 3~5 years of related experiences
    Experience or understanding of recruitment process for manufacturing-based companies
    c. Experience working with variable search firm and headhunter
    d. Bi lingual is preferred (English & Korean)
    e. Work or travel in Atlanta/Alabama (preferred)
