만약 OPT Card 를 가지고 있다면 문제가 되질 않습니다.

비자가 유효하고 I-20도 유효하고 OPT Card도 가지고 있다면 문제없습니다.

저는 한국 갔다가 OPT 가지구 비자 만료 5일 전에도 들어왔습니다.

검사관이 비자가 5일 남았다구 뭐라하길래 OPT 있다구하니까

아무소리 안하더군요.

걱정안하셔도 될것같은데요.

here is my situation.

– School finish date on I-20 : 5/17

– OPT start date : 6/1

– planning return date to US : 6/5

Would you take chance with those dates ? what document would

you prepare if you have to travel ?

Please help me. I have family emergency in Korea.
