On the I-140 form, you will see there are two choices (CP or 485). Ask your lawyer for further information.

cp로 가려면 I-140 만 신청하고 I-140 승인받은

다음에 cp 신청하는것 맞나요..

변호사는 동시 파일하라고 하거든요…
