학교 마치는 날이 미국에서의 마지막날이어야 합니다.

grace period 라고 있지만 그건 말 그대로 입니다.

봐 줄수도 있고 안봐 줄 수도 있읍니다.

이민국 직원의 마음에 달려 있읍니다.

한달도 봐 줄수있고 그게 두달이 될수도 있읍니다.

그러나 그게 하루도 될수 있읍니다.

안전하게 하려면 하루도 지나서는 안되겠지요.

학교 코스 마치는 날 부터 60일 인것 같습니다.

(iv) Preparation for departure. An F-1 student who has completed

a course of study and any authorized practical training following

completion of studies will be allowed an additional 60-day period

to prepare for departure from the United States or to transfer in

accordance with paragraph (f)( of this section. An F-1 student

authorized by the DSO to withdraw from classes will be allowed a

15-day period for departure from the United States. However,

an F-1 student who fails to maintain a full course of study without

the approval of the DSO or otherwise fails to maintain status is not

eligible for an additional period for departure. (Revised effective 1/1/03; 67 FR 76256)

그런데 제가 언제까지 미국에 있을수 있나요?

어떤사람은 2달이라고하고 어떤사람은 1달이라고 하구요

아시는분 정확한 정보 부탁드릴께요
