>I just heard from the DOL SF regional office’s phone retrieval system that my labor certificate has been certified. It’s Jun 24 today. When I checked the processing status this Monday (Jun 21), it was still pending. My case arrived at the regional office as of Jan 17, 2003 from the state office and it was early Feb 2002 when I submitted the application to the state office.

The phone number of the DOL SF regional office is 415-975-4617. Please call this number first and press “1” if you want to hear about the cases of labor approvals for green card application. Using your employer’s phone number is the easiest way to retrieve all the cases that your employer has filed but the retrieval is limited only to the cases transferred to the regional office from the state offices. If your case is still in the state office, you can’t find your own. If you don’t know your case number, please find out who is the latest person at your work whose labor certificate was granted. Then please find out how many people there are between your case and the person’s. Retrieving down from the person’s case, you’ll hear the status of yours when you retrive as many cases as the number of the people between the person and you.
