예전에 받은 비자 스탬프의 유효 기간이 남아 있으면
회사가 바뀌었을 때 H1B/H4 비자 스탬프를 다시 받을 필요는 없다고 나옵니다.

입국 시에는 이전 비자 스탬프와 새로운 H1B Petition 승인서 (I-797)을 보여주고
새로운 H1B 승인서의 기간에 따른 체류기간을 I-94에 받게 됩니다.
만약 기존의 비자 스탬프 기간까지 주면, 입국 심사관에게 얘기를 해서 수정을 하도록 할 수 있습니다.

입국 심사관이 잘 모르고 체류기간을 예전 기간으로 주는 경우가 있어서
새로운 비자를 받는 것이 좋다고 합니다만
새로운 비자를 ‘반드시’ 받아야 하는 것은 아니라고 생각합니다.

a. After changing H-1B employers in accordance with DHS procedures for
making such a change, an H-1B visa holder may continue to use his or
her original H-1B visa for entry into the United States. Upon applying for
entry, the visa holder must present the new Form I-797, Notice of Action,
evidencing the approval of the change of employer in addition to the visa.

to get H1 visa stamped in my passport for my new employer?

If you travel outside US, if your H1 visa stamp (even if from previous employer) is still not expired
and valid, you can use that H1 visa stamp along with H1 petition from new employer to travel back
into US. However, if your H1 visa stamp has expired (either from previous or current employer), you must
get your H1 visa stamped in your passport before you can travel to United States again.
