You DO NOT have to worry about electric items or car.

In many case, basic electric items are already in the apartment.

You do not need to buy them. I lived without a car for one year as a student.

But depending on distance between your job and your house, it will be difficult to live without a car.

AGAIN, They are NOT major problems!! They all work out!

You better focus on learning English and finding a job.

That is more important!!
