Many people who have retired live in Santa Barara(SB).

The SB is one of great cities of west coast and 100 miles away from LA.

I usally go up to the city once a month for biz trip.

So I had a chance to be told that the price range of the houes is a

little higher than Irvine(in Orange County=OC). And gas price is too.

By the way, living cost could be higher than LA and OC.

I could NOT find any Korean restarant, but a market which is a little

bigger than average liquor store.
