I’ve never heard that all the applications for LC get denied without work experience in its field unless you try under skilled worker.

I think you don’t need to worry about that.

I also filed my application for LC with WA ESD in May last year.

Do you have any info about LC processing in WA?

I heard that DOL is now trying to operate LC backlog reduction center somewhere east coast.

I’m wondering if that could be helpful for us or not.

Hopefully everything about perms will get thru soon.
