I have questions regarding applying for green cards for me and my wife. I thank you in advance for answering my questions. J

I will ask my company to apply the green cards for us, and I have a M.S. degree. Also, I will have my Ph.D. degree soon. I will have my Ph.D. on my hands by September (I guess…).

The question is whether applying as a M.S degree holder and Ph.D degree holder make any difference in term of the required processing time. If they are different a lot, should I apply for the green card after I have my Ph.D. degree?

If the company applies for us, we will have EDA cards in a few month, right? If my wife gets an EDA card, she can work from that moment, right? Is there any possible problem we might experience due to this action?
