Responsibilities

• Submits reports to Quality Control Manager (Daily report, test report, any problems noted).
• Performs all worker training and evaluation. safely in a fast-paced work environment
• Performs analysis of raw materials and products for quality, cost.
• Performs all work safely in a fast-paced work environment
• Maintains all gage and testing equipment.
• Ensures parts meet standard and qualification and are approved acceptable to delivery.
• Performs part inspection by dimensions, such as appearance, weight, length, between reference points.
• Hand-on quality activity document such as Control plan, FMEA, Part inspection standard, and Work instruction.
• Assists and trains operators on manufacturing site, and measurement and process procedures.
• Maintains inspection record and prepares list of defects, seperate NCP with related departments.
