1. DEMOLITION & HAULING WAY:   $1,180.00

a. Existing carpet and pat removed and hauling way.

b. Kitchen and Entry existing Tile floor removed and hauling way.

c. Existing bathroom floor removed & hauling way.

2. TILE or STONE WORK:   $3,570.00 (스톤비싸서 일반타일로 한다했는데 별로 차이안난다해서 견적이나 뽑아보라했더니 이렇게 해버렸습니다.)

a. Bathroom floor tile work to master and 2nd bathroom and guest bathroom floor tile or natural stone work.

b. Entry Tile or Natural stone work.

c. 2nd floor tile working area installation to Hard Backer.

3. CARPETING WORK: $3,270.00

a. Furnished and install new carpeting work for the Stair way and 2nd floor carpeting work.

b. Replace new carpet pating, use ½” new pat.

4. WOOD FLOORING WORK:  $4,790.00

a. Furnished and installation work,  use standard Engineering wood flooring works  First floor and kitchen area.

5. PAINTING WORK:  $2,780.00

a. Painting work for the ceiling and walls,  use three(3) different colors.

b. Painting to the door and moldings.

6. WALL BASE MOLDING:  $   450.00

a. Wall base molding to the new flooring area wood floor and tile floor area.

7. WOOD BLIND: $1,750.00

a. Furnished and installation work for the new wood blind work.

8. HOUSE CLEANING WORK: $   480.00
