Ethnic Customer Service is responsible for helping customers by responding to customer inquiries and claims, providing product and service information, assist in finding resolutions, and coordinating with other departments as required regarding customer inquiries or claims.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Receive and respond to consumer inquiries/claims on Pulmuone Ethnic products. (email, website, and phone calls)
•Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issue or customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, and effectively resolve the issue. As needed, escalate issue to management
•Maintain customer history by submitting documents on GeCS System
•File and manage BOL documents
•Maintain knowledge and management of Ethnic orders on ERP system and edit order quantity/date and confirm monthly closing
•Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments (QA, R&D, Marketing) as needed
•Arrange shipping for possible samples to the appropriate departments
•Communicate progress of customer interactions with HQ in Korea as needed
•Assist with any projects or ad hoc assignment given by the Manager
•Other reports duties may be assignedSkills / Qualifications:
•High School Diploma
•Preferred experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
•Preferred experience in food manufacturing company
•Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues in an effective manner
•Ability to maintain professionalism and communicate under stressful situations
•Fluency in Korean
•Good verbal and written communication in Korean and English
•Flexibility to adapt to business strategy/focus
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Job Type: Full-time
