그런데 코로나 관련으로 레이오프가 된게 아니고
그냥 팀이 해체되면서 팀장 비롯 모든 팀원이
그냥 몽땅 레이오프 당했어요.
일단 실업수당 신청은 했는데 PUA는 따로 신청해야 하나요?
저 같은 경우는 코로나 관련이 아니라 신청자격이 안되나요?
코로나 때문에 재취업이 힘들긴 하네요.
참 살아가기가 힘든 요즘이네요.. ㅠㅠ

제가 PUA 신청을 할 때 질문이 대부분 당신은 코로나로 일자리를 잃거나 했나요 등등 이었습니다. PUA 자격이 안되실 거 같은데 낙심마시고 구글로 PUA eligibility 써치하면 바로 나옵니다.

저도 대충 보기는 했었는데 혹시나 하는 마음에 질문을 올렸네요.
역시 안되는군요. ㅠㅠ

직접적으로 코로나 관련해서 직업을 잃은경우도 해당 되지만 간접적으로 코로나 때문에 경제 상황이 안좋아져서 기업들이 직원들을 해고 하는 경우라도 코로나 때문에 해고 되었다고 해도 되지 싶습니다. 구분이 명확한건 아니라고 생각합니다. 신청해 보세요.

위에 직장분님 말이 맞습니다. 예를 들어 자기 가족이 아니고 아무관계도 없지만 코로나와 조금이라도 영향이 있어서 직장에 자리가 없어진 것이면 해당됩니다
하지만 글쓰신 분의 설명에 의하면 코로나와 전혀 관계없이 일자리가 없어진 것으로 보이네요
신청서 작성 중 한 가지 조심해야 할 것이 마지막에 당신이 답변한 것이 거짓말로 들어나면 형사입건된다 뭐 이런 무시무시한 말 나오는 것 처럼 답변에 거짓말만 하지 않으면 문제 없습니다.
하여튼 자신의 일자리가 없어진 것이 아주아주 조금이라도 코로나에 관련이 있으면 신청하면 되는 걸로 알고있습니다

제가 혹시 불법을 조장하지 않았나 염려되서 추가 답변합니다.
PUA 신청 시작은 아무나 하실 수 있으나 자격조건 물어보는 과정에서는 거짓말을 하시면 안됩니다 그럼

일단 계좌 만드시고 신청하시다 자격 해당되지 않으시면 거기서 정지해도 전혀 문제가 안되니 일단 시작해 보시죠 간단합니다

회사에서 정리해고 당한거면 그냥 UI 신청하셔야죠.
