여기에 매일들어와 보지만 제가찾는건 없어서 이렇게글올립니다.
3개월전에 불법택시로 코트가서 재판받고 폴리스가서 사진이랑 지문찍었는데요, 현재 F1-> H1 COS 상태인데, 자녀들을 데리고와서 해서 스탬핑결심을 했습니다. 대사관인터뷰시에 FBI 조회를 한다면 현재 PROVATION 기간이 뜰것같은데, 고수님들 충고좀 부탁드립니다.가도될까요?

before you go to korea for the stamping, make sure having a court record issued from the district court where you attended in the past. contact with a clerk in that court and provide the clerk your full name on the phone – i believe that is sufficient to know if the court held your case. once it is confirmed, ask your docket number, and write it down. Then, go to the court by yourself or send somebody who knows your docket number and ask the clerk to print the court record certified from the district court.

Make sure marking on the form (D-156 i guess?) that you have been arrested in the us, and submit it with the court record. then you are all set.

another tip, they dont have enough resources to search on your criminal record, but be honest all the time and dont make the same mistake .
