    1. Job Position
    “Play a key role in production management organization to maintain production KPIs and carrier score. Monitor production and shipping status and make improvement plan to meet customer’s requirements.
    Responsible for productivity, by analyzing and managing manpower by each line based on incoming volume. Communicate with other departments(Part, Quality and ENG) in order to resolve production issues and also communicate with CRM to prevent carrier issue. Develop MBR/QBR report and involve in cost saving activity with reuse maximization and review Off-Book units.
    Technician performance management and board defect review in order to improve board repair yield rate and reduce parts usage focusing on main boards. Review LQC Reject to improve production quality and maximize LQC output qty. Monitor incoming units to off-book W/H and analyze usable units for cost-saving and Yield improvement. Led physical inventory and Audit by Carrier(TMUS/Metro).
    Also, responsible for meeting objectives in the areas of People, Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, and Cost while complying with all internal as well as external policies and procedures. Promote and drive Lean and Continuous Improvement as part of the daily work activities. Manage the refurbishing operations by planning production schedules, materials requirements, budgeting, and staffing needs.”

    2. Role and Responsibilities
    · Responsible for RTAT achievement and implement carrier’s requirement in production line
    · Create and share with the customer for weekly & monthly shipping plan and continuously managed to meet the customer’s requirement as RTAT(Repair Turn Around Time), Repair success rate and quality level.
    · Monitor Inventory by location and manage working hour, considering part status
    · Review work instruction and SIB and apply to production line
    · Responsible for physical inventory accuracy, compared to system (Parts and Phone)
    · Scheduling and implementation of daily manufacturing while overseeing the quality of finished product
    · Team leader sets priorities for all operations. Latitude is provided based on the current performance trend. Through the daily production meeting, the production model and quantity are first decided in consideration of the material inventory status and workforce.
    · Leading production in timely continuous improvement activities.
    · Ensuring that standards are met with regard to production, quality, and safety.
    · Maintaining a safe work environment, and the general 5S housekeeping activities of the production floor.
    · Assisting in evaluating cause and elimination of downtime by directing corrective actions when problems occur that need to be addressed.
    · Proactive in resolving problem and/or conflicts.
    · Consistently demonstrates a positive management approach and actively participates in various meetings.
    · Direct and supervise Production leader and all production Team Members to ensure correct, accurate, and timely completion of production and delivery schedules.
    · Through the review of parts and main board usage, the parts team determines whether to supply urgent materials, and determines the estimated monthly cost based on the availability of the process and availability of workers.
    · Ensure strict compliance with Quality Control standards and promote the company’s reputation and image as a quality producer.
    · Analyze production to determine where improvements may be made, which will contribute to plant profitability.
    · Complies with all Company Safety policies, procedures and rules.

    3. Skills and Qualifications
    · Bachelor Degree in related field (Business Management / Finance)
    · 5 years of equivalent experience in related area. (Production Management, Planning)
    · Must have strong communication skills
    · Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    · Ability to motivate and delegate authority to subordinate personnel.
    · A strong background and working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
    · Bilingual(Korean/English)
