Premium Processing Changes Effective Today (23-May-2006)

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that additional employment-based petitions and applications will be eligible for Premium Processing service. These applications can be filed beginning today. Among the petitions now eligible are:

I-140, EB1 through EB3 based cases (except for National Interest petitions)
I-539, certain classifications of those applications
I-765, certain classifications of those applications

여기서 보면 많은 분들이 이미 작년에 접수 하고 기다리시는 분들이 많은데, 저를 포함한 기존에 접수하고 승인 기다리는 사람들에게도 이 기회를 사용할 수 있게 해야 합리적인 것 같은데…..
