A postdoctoral researcher received a CIS approval of EB2NIW in only 2 months and 18 days.

Recently, many EB2NIW applications encountered delays in CIS processes.  Some EB2NIW cases have been pending for more than a year.  Also, many EB2NIW applicants received the CIS’s Request for Evidence (RFE).

 

Based on our 15 years of experience, we have found that more professional preparation in documenting evidence of our clients EB2NIW cases may substantially shorten our clients’ waiting time and help our clients get CIS approval notices much faster than the regular processing time.

 

The following is one of our recently approved EB2NIW cases, which may exemplify the important aspect of well-documenting an EB2NIW case.   We helped a postdoctoral scholar prepare and file an I-140 EB2NIW petition and it was approved in only 2 months and 18 days (filed on July 5, 2011 and approved on September 23, 2011).   According to the USCIS Processing Time Information for Texas Service Center (TSC) posted on September 16, 2011, the current processing time for EB2NIW is about 10 months.  The fact that the client’s EB2NIW petition was approved in 2 months and 18 days after being filed at TSC on July 5, 2011, which is eight months faster than the TSC’s Current Processing time, shows the major benefit of a well-presented EB2NIW by our law firm to our clients.

 

What is a well-presented EB2NIW case?

 

Our successful experience is that every EB2NIW case has its own distinctive merit.  Rule number 1 is that an experienced attorney analyzes highlights of each case and presents them to the CIS officer.

 

In our case approved on September 23, 2011, we examined our client’s evidence and identified that the highlight of this particular case is the national and international impact of our client’s works presented by more than 100 citations of his papers.
