Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (DOE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled POS Engineer / Network Implementation Specialist to support and manage POS systems across multiple retail locations. This role will focus on system installation, upgrades, maintenance, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support POS systems across multiple store locations
Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting for existing infrastructure
Ensure data integration and daily batch processing between POS and ERP systems
Provide on-site commissioning and technical support as needed
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and subcontractors for project execution
Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across multiple sites
Support network infrastructure upgrades and implementation projects

Qualifications
Experience with POS systems implementation and support
Background in Low Voltage, DAS, CCTV, or network infrastructure preferred
Experience with payment system integration, enterprise POS, or kiosk systems
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software environments
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
Bilingual in Korean/English is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
