I don’t know what to do.
Here is the thing. I got H-1B approvaal on Feb 28th this year. After that, company payroll didn’t take social security and medicare taxes so far. I recently realized that ask HR.
They told me that moving forward,they can fix it. And regarding the rest, I have to deal with IRS.
What I have to do in this case?
DO i have to hire lawyer? or when I file for the income tax return, Can I handle together?

저도 잘 모르지만, 원글님의 경우 회사의 HR에서 withholding을 모르고 안하다가 나중에 하는 경우이므로 어차피 연말에 세금보고 할때 2월28일부로 H-1B를 받았으니 그때이후로 계산해서 세금을 내시면 돨거 같군요. 큰 문제는 아닌듯… 자세한 사항은 CPA한테 물어보세요.
