2순위구요, 회사와 연계된 로펌에서 진행중입니다.
아직까지 소식이 없어서, 변호사에게 지금 status 를 알수 있냐고 물었는데요.

Thank you for your inquiry below. Currently, we are seeing the DOL take approximately 8 months to adjudicate non-audited cases and 1.5 years to adjudicate audited cases. That being said, as the PERM application filed on your behalf is an EB-2 application, by virtue of its Master’s degree requirement, it will most likely fall into the audited case queue, although we have not to date received an audit from the DOL in relation to your case. As you may recall, we advised that the DOL is currently auditing nearly 100% of all cases pending before it which falls into the EB-2 category for a further explanation of the requirements. We have recently seen approvals of audited cases that were originally filed with the DOL in July 2007.

요즘 LC 가 8개월이상 걸린다는건 이해하겠는데요..
이 글에서 보면, 요즘 2순위는 100% audit 에 걸린다고 하는데..
이게 사실인가요?
PERM 처음 신청할때도 변호사가 몇번 이말을 했었어요..
100% audit 걸릴 가능성 있다고.
그때는 그냥 넘겼는데…저와 제 JOB 에 관련해서 audit 걸릴 가능성이 많다고 알아들었는데…
이 이멜보면, 2순위는 요즘 다 걸린다…라고 하는건가요?
뉴욕에서 제일로 알아주는 대형이민로펌중 한곳에서 진행중이라..그냥 이 말을 믿어야할까요.
다른 변호사에게 가서 다시 상담을 받아볼까 고민중입니다.
요즘 2순위 PERM 으로 오딧 안걸리신분들도 분명 계실텐데요..
변호사말이 사실인지 정말 궁금합니다..
