PD 1/13/2006 으로, 12월 문호 해당자입니다.
어제 12/07 저녁에 USCIS로부터 두가지 승인 email을 받았습니다!
처음에는 Card/Document Production건으로, 그리고 세시간 후에는 Decision 건으로 email이 오더군요.
제가 주 신청자인데, 남편 것까지 동시에 함께 승인되었습니다.참고로 2007년 대란때 접수하였고, 2007년에 저와 남편 finger 한번씩 찍고, 저는 2009년에 한번 더 찍었습니다.
그간 저는 H1B 계속 유지했고, 남편은 H1B renew 하지 않고 여행허가서와 노동카드 renew하면서 문제없이 한국도 몇번 다녀오고 회사도 계속 다니고 있습니다.
중간에 제 A#가 한번 바뀌어 불안했는데, 이민국에서 먼저 #는 다른 사람에게 transfer 되었고 new#가 맞으니 걱정 말라고 confirm 해준바 있고요.
RFE 요청이나 Interview 없었습니다.이제 1-2주 내로는 영주권 카드를 받겠지요.
그간의 인고의 세월 때문인지 감격의 눈물이 쏟아지더군요. 이 미국땅에서 무엇을 하고 살던 일단 족쇄는 풀린 것이니까요…
12월을 넘기면 일이 더 꼬이지 않을까 싶어 내주에 Infopass를 예약해놓은 상태였는데, 12월 문호 해당되고 7일만에, 예상보다는 빨리 승인 소식을 받게 된 것 같습니다.

On December 7, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this
customer’s new permanent resident status. Please follow any
instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card
should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after
you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice,
whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call
our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.
